Clarion Dream System Builder Prize Draw Official Rules
These official rules (the "Rules") apply to prize draws conducted by Clarion Australia Pty Ltd (A.B.N 29 051
722 877) 30 Corporate Dve, Moorabbin, Vic, 3189 (Clarion), which will be promoted on its website, www.dreamsystembuilder.com.au (the Site).
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Official Rules. The official title of the competition
is the "Dream System Builder Competition".
2. Eligibility
Prize draws are open only to legal residents of Australia. The prize draws are not open to employees of Clarion
Australia Pty Ltd, its parent, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and suppliers and their employees and members
dealing with the prize draw or the operation of the Dream System Builder website or research, and
those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family.
3. Consumer Entries
3.1.During the Promotional Period, any eligible entrant who is a registered member of Clarion's Dream System
Builder program , shall receive entries as follows:
3.2.Every time a registered member completes a Dream System entry, the member will automatically receive
one entry for the major prize draw. Entries are limited to 1 entry per email address.
4. Validity of Entries
4.1. Valid entries for each prize draw (which will take place on the dates indicated in clause 6) will be those
entries received between 9:00am EST (or EDST as the case may be) on the first day of the competition and
11.59 pm EST (or EDST as the case may be) on the last day of the Promotional Period ("Major Prize Draw").
4.2. Registering members will obtain one entry into the major prize draw, (in accordance with clause 3) for
one completed dream system plan. Multiple submissions to this competition will be declared invalid.
4.3.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any
Member for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these
Official Rules.
4.4. An entrant may only register to be a Member on one occasion. Multiple registrations will be declared invalid.
4.5. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Promotional Period
Runs from 2nd June, 2008 at 9.00 a.m. EDST until 11.59 p.m. EDST on 30th of August 2008 ("Promotional
Period").
6. Draws
The major prize draw will take place at the offices of Clarion Australia Pty Ltd (A.B.N 29 051 722 877) 30
Corporate Dve, Moorabbin, Vic, 3189 (Clarion) at 10.00 a.m. EST or EDST as the case may be as listed
below ("Major Prize Draw"):
Major Prize Draw will be conducted electronically.
1st September, 2008
7. Prizes
The prizes will be awarded as follows:
7.1. The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win the system plan chosen in their entry. This
prize carries a maximum possible retail value of $4054 dollars and a minimum possible retail value of $2364.
This value is determined by the product selected by the entrant. Product will be delivered to a non-residential
address at the expense of Clarion Australia Pty Ltd following the day of the draw (the 2nd of September,
2008).
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and must be taken as awarded.
9. Total value of all prizes during the Promotional Period carries a maximum possible retail value of $4054
dollars and a minimum possible retail value of $2364. This value is determined by the product selected by the
entrant.
10. Notification and Unclaimed Prizes
10.1. Winners will be notified by both email or phone and the names of the winners' of prizes will be published
on the Dream System Builder and Clarion website's (www.dreamsystembuilder.com.au and www.clarion.com.au) no later than the 2/9/08. The winner may be required to provide Clarion Australia Pty. Ltd with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry or a family member of the authorized account holder of the winning entry. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Product will be delivered to a non-residential address at the expense of Clarion Australia Pty Ltd following the day of the draw (the 2nd of September, 2008).
10.2. The Promoter may conduct a re-draw at the same place as the original draw if necessary on the 31/10/2008 in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions provided by any relevant lottery authorities. In the event that there are any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published and viewable by the public on the Dream System Builder website @ www.dreamsystembuilder.com.au and Clarion's main website @ www.clarion.com.au.
11. Publicity
Winners may be asked to participate in publicity. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Clarion Australia Pty. Ltd the right to use his or her name, likeness, home town, biographical information and the fact that they have won a prize for any lawful purpose, without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of claiming the prize, winners agree to provide a photograph of themselves and may be asked to participate in a short interview with Clarion Austraia Pty Ltd, both of which may be published on any of Clarion Australia's websites at the Promoter's discretion.
12. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis delivered, incomplete,
illegible, or unintelligible entries ; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed
computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances;
or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize
draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize
draw winner notification, or winner response to notification. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage
to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary
to participate in the prize draws. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the
entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered
incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
13. Jurisdiction
These Rules shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising
jurisdiction there.
14. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested
is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Entrants' personal information may
be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the
relevant lottery legislation. Please refer to Clarion Australia's Privacy Statement for the Promoter's Privacy Policy. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the addressed listed below.
